I'm representing a growing middle-market investment bank seeking a Vice President (or experienced Senior Associate) to join its Commercial Services team. The firm has invested heavily in senior talent and is now focused on building out the team beneath a highly regarded leadership group, creating strong opportunities for growth, mentorship, and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A transactions within the Commercial Services sector
• Manage due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction processes
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
• Work directly with senior bankers and clients on live deals
• Mentor junior team members and manage execution workstreams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct investment banking experience
• Significant M&A transaction experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
