An established healthcare-focused investment banking team is seeking a Vice President to support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions. The team advises physician practices, management services organizations (MSOs), and other healthcare services businesses across a highly active sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raising transactions.
Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, CIMs, management presentations, and client materials.
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, investors, and third-party advisors.
Build relationships with healthcare executives, physician groups, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to new client opportunities.
Oversee Analysts and Associates, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients and senior bankers.
Qualifications
5+ years of investment banking experience.
Significant transaction execution experience across M&A and capital raising engagements.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
