Investment Banking Vice President Healthcare M&A

Investment Banking VP - Healthcare (Services & IT) | Chicago, NYC, Boston, San Francisco, or Charlotte

We're representing a leading middle-market investment bank with a top-tier Healthcare practice, growing across Healthcare Services and Healthcare IT. They're looking to add a VP (Senior Associates also considered) to help drive deal execution and origination on an established, high-performing team.

The Role:

• Lead and support M&A and capital markets transactions across Healthcare Services and Healthcare IT
• Manage deal execution from origination through close, including financial analysis, due diligence, and client management
• Play a key role in business development, helping to build and maintain relationships with healthcare sponsors, strategics, and management teams
• Mentor and oversee junior bankers (Associates/Analysts) on live deals
• Partner closely with senior bankers on pitch development and market positioning within the healthcare vertical

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of investment banking experience, with direct M&A and/or healthcare sector experience strongly preferred
• Experience across Healthcare Services and/or Healthcare IT transactions is a significant plus
• Strong technical and modeling skills, with the ability to manage workstreams independently
• Track record of contributing to business development and client relationship management
• Willingness to be based out of Chicago, New York, Boston, San Francisco or Charlotte
