Job Description

The firm is seeking a Vice President to join their growing Industrials investment banking team. The VP will play a critical role in transaction execution, business development, and team leadership across broad Industrials coverage, including M&A and Capital Markets. This is an opportunity to join a high-caliber team during a key growth phase, with meaningful upside in both deal exposure and career trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions (sell-side and buy-side) and capital markets engagements
• Manage deal teams of Analysts and Associates, overseeing financial modeling, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, buyers, lenders, and other deal counterparties throughout transaction processes
• Oversee preparation of pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and other client-facing materials
• Support senior bankers on business development efforts and contribute to origination and client coverage
• Lead due diligence processes, negotiate definitive agreements, and drive transactions to close
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and training across modeling, materials, and deal execution
• Contribute to the continued build-out of the Industrials platform

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of full-time Investment Banking experience, with a meaningful portion focused on Industrials coverage
• Significant M&A and/or capital markets execution experience
• Strong technical foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with experience managing deal teams
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to contribute to business development efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with C-suite clients
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
• Series 79 and Series 63 required
