We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in New York or Baltimore with a focus on the Diversified Industrials & Services sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to work hard in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at one time. Experience running sell-side M&A transactions is a must.
What We're Looking For
Lead execution of M&A, recapitalization, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.
Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.

Education & Experience
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience
Licenses & Credentials
Minimum Required: FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63)
Systems & Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
