This Investment Banking Senior Associatet will be responsible for:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios. Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions
• Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research.

The Ideal Candidate has:

• 4+ Years of Investment Banking Experience
• Strong closed‑deal experience is required
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ties to Atlanta or a clear, compelling reason to be based in Little Rock,AR is required
