About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—combining deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Verified analysts can immediately begin earning income and supporting live transactions across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Committee Support Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, analysts:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  • Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work

  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators by preparing materials, performing analyses, and providing oversight for Investment Committee (IC) decision-making

  • Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Analyst · Lead Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges

Senior Investment Committee Support Analyst

  • Rating Score: 90–100

  • Pay: $150–200/hour

  • Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or finance professionals with 5+ years of IC or deal experience

Lead Investment Committee Support Analyst

  • Rating Score: 80–89

  • Pay: $100–150/hour

  • Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of deal, diligence, or IC support experience

Investment Committee Support Analyst / Associate

  • Rating Score: 60–79

  • Pay: $50–100/hour

  • Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical, analytical, and reporting skills

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Investment Committee Support Analysts may be engaged for:

Investment Committee Preparation & Support

  • Prepare IC materials including investment memos, deal summaries, and dashboards

  • Review and validate deal data, financial models, and risk assessments prior to IC meetings

  • Support IC members with analyses on valuation, risk, and deal compliance

  • Track IC decisions and ensure follow-up actions are completed accurately

Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

  • Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) and operational diligence analyses

  • Identify and flag transaction risks or issues for IC consideration

  • Ensure alignment with investment mandates and governance standards

Reporting & Documentation

  • Produce clear, concise reports and presentation materials for IC members

  • Maintain accurate documentation of decisions, approvals, and committee discussions

  • Standardize reporting procedures for efficiency and compliance

Note: Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

  1. Complete the Investment Committee Support Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

  2. Receive category-specific approvals (IC Preparation, Risk Assessment, Reporting)

  3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

  • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

  • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

  • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

  • Visibility on the platform

  • Approved work categories

  • Recommended hourly rates

Scores reflect accuracy, diligence, and performance in IC support, analysis, and reporting.

Compensation & Deal Terms

  • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

  • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

  • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

  • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

  • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

  • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, compliance, or performance issues

Compliance Notice

Investment Committee Support Analysts do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit or sell securities

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or fiduciary capacity

All work is strictly limited to analytical, reporting, and committee support functions, in compliance with applicable securities laws.

Why Join Initio Sphere

  • Immediate earning potential once verified

  • Exposure to real private capital deals, not simulations

  • Platform-driven credibility with investors and deal sponsors

  • Long-term upside through deal exposure and network growth

  • A single ecosystem for career, capital, and opportunity
