$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)
Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—integrating deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and career placement into a single platform.
Our mission is to provide immediate earning potential, verified credibility, and real deal exposure. Analysts do not wait months for placement; once verified, they immediately begin contributing to live transactions and investment due diligence projects.
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Due Diligence Analysts.

Support investors, fund managers, and operators with transaction evaluation and risk analysis
Build a verified track record of completed diligence projects and an Analyst Rating Score
