Investment Guidance Specialists are a critical tier of our ecosystem—providing high-touch strategic and operational guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Guidance Specialists to deliver expert advice and mentorship in private capital strategy, deal structuring, and operational execution.
This is not a traditional employment role. Specialists operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Guidance Specialists:

• Advise fund managers and deal sponsors on investment strategy, fund formation, capital raising, and operational planning

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts to build internal capacity, deal evaluation skills, and sourcing expertise

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven track record of executing or advising on successful capital transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Specialists may:

• Advise fund managers on portfolio strategy, capital allocation, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with transaction structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation guidance

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on sourcing, diligence, and transaction execution best practices

• Provide operational and portfolio company advisory to maximize investment outcomes

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Specialists focus on high-level guidance, strategic decision-making, and mentorship. Day-to-day modeling or underwriting is handled by analysts unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Investment strategy and portfolio guidance

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts

• Investor relations and network positioning

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to guide real-world private capital transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Specialists are independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, depending on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued upon successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistently high-value contributions

Compliance Notice

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work is limited to strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal support and must comply with applicable securities laws.
