Investment Guideline Compliance - Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to help support $220bn+ compliance testing and analysis in assets across various asset classes, including fixed income, illiquid credit, asset backed securities and real assets. The individual will focus on supporting these asset classes through a variety of functions outlined below:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Reporting and Analysis

• Develop a broad understanding of all asset classes invested in by KKR's Insurance segment
• Support day-to-day reviews of investment guideline compliance reports produced for reinsurance clients and for state regulatory bodies
• Launch of new sidecar compliance processes
• Help respond to client inquires
• Run ad-hoc analysis / scenario-based testing for our Investments Team

Strategic Initiatives

• Onboard and maintain a new pre-trade compliance rules on a new platform
• Use AI engines to automate analyses of reporting and scenario testing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality of inputs and outputs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred (for recent college graduates, bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field)
• Understanding of Fixed Income asset classes
• Interest in finance/investments, with basic accounting knowledge. Interest in operational, accounting, and legal aspects of investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
• Ability to work with Portfolio Managers and senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, team environment

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range

$80,000-$100,000 USD
