Job Details

We are seeking a senior-level attorney to join a sophisticated financial services practice focused on investment management and transactional matters. This role involves advising a broad range of market participants on complex financing and investment-related transactions, with meaningful responsibility and client interaction.

Responsibilities

Advise asset managers, financial institutions, broker-dealers, and other market participants on investment management and transactional matters
Structure and negotiate complex financing arrangements and related agreements
Provide strategic guidance on fund-related transactions and market activities
Collaborate with internal teams and clients on high-level deal execution
Manage ongoing client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management and transactional matters
Strong background representing financial institutions and market participants
Experience with financing structures and complex deal work
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to operate in a collaborative, client-focused environment

Requirements

Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm or comparable environment
Strong academic credentials
Proven ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently
Admission to the New York Bar or eligible to waive into New York Bar
