Investment Operations Analysts support investment teams by ensuring smooth execution, processing, and monitoring of investment transactions across asset classes. The role combines operational support, reporting, and analytical tasks to maintain accurate portfolio records and compliance with internal and external standards.

Oversee trade capture, settlement, and confirmation processes for investment transactions
Monitor investment activity, valuations, and portfolio positions to ensure accuracy
Reconcile discrepancies between internal records and external custodians or counterparties
Prepare operational, performance, and risk reports for portfolio teams and senior management
Support onboarding of new investments and coordinate with fund accounting and compliance teams
Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, or errors and propose solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Assist in periodic reporting to investors and regulatory bodies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and trade lifecycle processes
Familiarity with portfolio management, fund administration, or trade settlement systems (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, Investran, Geneva) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, VBA, or other reporting/automation tools is advantageous
