Salary: $60,000-$85,000+ bonus

What your future day will look like: - Coordinate and execute investment transactions including trades, transfers, settlements, and distributions with precision.
- Monitor cash activity, trade settlements, and reconciliations across multiple financial systems.
- Maintain detailed operational records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting by preparing documentation related to securities and audit standards.
- Review activity for risk or irregularities and support fraud prevention and SOX-aligned controls.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities within systems and workflows.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or comparable registrations)
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience working in investment operations, financial services, or securities support roles
- Strong understanding of securities regulations, compliance standards, and operational controls
- Proficiency working with investment or financial software platforms
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex financial data accurately
