    We are open to all accounting and business majors, preference for candidates who have 1) an interest in learning about our industry and 2) have shown balance and adaptability in their academic career by taking on extracurriculars or jobs, with demonstrated sustained academic performance in tandem.

    This role is in office in Short Hills, NJ.

    The internship will be 15 hours per week, we will build your hours around your class schedule.

    The Investment Operations team oversees the day-to-day operations as it relates to trade settlement process, cash and par reconciliation, SPV reporting, Data Integrity and Onboarding of new portfolios. 

    • Perform reconciliations of cash and positions for debt and equity investments across all Blue Owl BDCs, Private Funds, including respective asset based SPVs, CLOs, SMAs and corporate revolvers.
    • Process any required loan and non-loan activities in WSO.
    • Prepare time sensitive funding memos related to direct fundings and borrowings.
    • Coordinate all assignments, participations, and transfers related to private debt and broadly syndicated investments among the various portfolios.
    • Review and manage loan settlements in ClearPar for accuracy and timely closing times.
    • Ensure quality control in the trade workflow from the internal OMS to WSO and other downstream vendors.
    • Contribute to Data Attribution Project related to Performance and IRR

    This role pays $33.65 hourly during the period of employment.
