The Senior Securities Specialist will support responsibilities assigned to the Trust Operations team. Position will serve as a liaison between City National Bank and SEI Private Trust Company for such transactions as DDA Sweeps, Notes and Liabilities, Corporate Actions, Mutual Fund Trades, Trust Settlements and Asset transfers. Additionally, can support functions not processed by SEI Private Trust Company such as Document Imaging, Note Processing, and handling of physical securities.
Required Qualifications*
- 2+ years of banking operations experience
- 2+ years of experience with banking procedures, practices and regulations
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Additional Qualifications
- Securities experience, preferably in trust securities, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent helpful
- Ability to communicate with internal partners in difficult situations.
- Ability to read, interpret and understand investment related documents
- Thorough understanding of and experience, using procedures, practices and regulations governing trust-securities operations.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to handle a large volume of work which includes multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

CompensationStarting base salary: $25.93 - $41.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
