Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Opportunity Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Investment Opportunity Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Scouts:

• Identify and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce opportunities to capital allocators and sponsors within the Initio Sphere network

• Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

• Build a verified investment opportunity track record inside the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investment Opportunity Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level context on assets, structure, economics, and investment thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions between opportunity principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle modeling and underwriting)

Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval, Investment Opportunity Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, distressed, or opportunistic investments

Opportunity categories are approved based on demonstrated experience and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful deal close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by transaction size, structure, and Scout involvement

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunities

Activation Process

To become an Investment Opportunity Scout:

1. Submit an application with background and sourcing details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified investment opportunities

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to opportunity identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation, and must comply with applicable securities laws.
