Investment Optimization Specialists work closely with portfolio managers, investment teams, and operations teams to enhance portfolio performance and optimize the allocation of capital across investment strategies. Analyze portfolio allocations and investment strategies to identify optimization opportunities
Develop and maintain models, dashboards, and reporting tools to track investment performance and capital efficiency
Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk modeling to evaluate investment outcomes
Support decision-making on rebalancing, capital deployment, and portfolio adjustments
Monitor investment exposures, performance metrics, and P&L contributions
Recommend strategies to enhance return on investment, reduce inefficiencies, and improve liquidity utilization
Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and operations teams to ensure alignment of investment strategy with organizational goals
Prepare reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, and capital optimization principles
Experience with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, or investment operations (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or investment modeling platforms is a plus
