Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Data Management & Investment Analysis

• Oversee the integrity and organization of investment-related data across both liquid and illiquid strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of portfolio positions, manager allocations, performance results, benchmarks, cash flows, and investment characteristics.
• Collect and reconcile information from custodians, fund managers, administrators, and various reporting platforms.
• Generate analytical reports measuring portfolio composition, diversification, geographic exposure, liquidity profiles, and risk metrics.
• Assist with attribution analysis, performance measurement, and comparative benchmarking initiatives.
• Support investment professionals through quantitative research, screening exercises, and data-driven projects.

Reporting & Presentation Support

• Produce recurring client reports and internal investment materials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Design clear and visually compelling charts, scorecards, dashboards, and presentation exhibits.
• Contribute to portfolio review materials, market summaries, and investment updates.
• Respond to custom analysis requests from senior investment and executive leadership teams.

Systems, Automation & Operational Enhancement

• Improve reporting workflows through technology-driven solutions utilizing Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, AI-enabled applications, and automation tools.
• Develop monitoring dashboards that enhance portfolio oversight and decision-making capabilities.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce manual tasks.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of research resources, documentation libraries, and internal knowledge-sharing systems.

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience within investment operations, portfolio analytics, institutional consulting, wealth management, OCIO platforms, family offices, asset management firms, or similar financial organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets and complex information.
• Hands-on experience with investment performance measurement, portfolio reporting, and benchmark analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data manipulation.
• Ability to create polished client-facing presentations and reporting materials.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated interest in capital markets, portfolio construction, and investment research.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach coupled with high ethical standards and professional maturity.

Desired Experience

• Exposure to multi-asset investment portfolios, including both traditional and alternative asset classes.
• Familiarity with industry platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Burgiss, Preqin, Addepar, or similar reporting and analytics systems.
• Experience utilizing modern AI and productivity technologies to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
