Investment Performance Specialists support investment and portfolio teams by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of funds and portfolios. Monitor fund and portfolio performance across multiple asset classes and strategies
Conduct quantitative analysis of returns, performance attribution, and risk metrics
Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for portfolio managers, investment committees, and investors
Validate portfolio and fund data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of performance reporting
Assist with P&L tracking, benchmark comparisons, and risk exposure reporting
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to enhance investment performance or reporting processes
Collaborate with operations and technology teams to improve data flows and analytics systems
Support ad-hoc analysis and requests for senior management or investors
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong understanding of investment performance metrics, portfolio analytics, and fund reporting
Experience or coursework in investment analysis, portfolio management, or performance attribution (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or VBA is a plus
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external reporting
