About the Opportunity

From day one, you’ll work with active buyer clients already using the ESO marketplace. Your role is to act as a trusted investment advisor—helping buyers identify top opportunities, structure competitive offers, and close deals that move them closer to their portfolio goals.

You’ll gain direct exposure to:

• Institutional and retail investment strategies

• Rental portfolio and fix & flip economics

• National market underwriting

• High-volume transaction pipelines

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with active buyers on live marketplace opportunities

• Match buyers with on-market and off-market investment properties

• Analyze deals using ESO underwriting, comps, rent, and ROI models

• Advise buyers on pricing, strategy, and offer structure

• Negotiate terms with sellers and listing agents through ESO workflows

• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously from offer through closing

• Deliver high-touch service to help buyers scale faster and smarter

• Track pipeline, activity, and transactions inside ESO systems
