21 Property Group is growing its St. Petersburg team and looking for driven, coachable people who want to build a career in investment real estate sales and acquisitions. This is a fast-paced, in-office role for someone who likes competition, direct communication, and performance-based upside.

You do not need a real estate license or prior real estate experience to start. We provide training, lead flow, systems, and coaching. Your job is to learn the business, talk with property owners and investors, negotiate opportunities, and help close deals.

What You Will Do

• Speak with property owners, investors, and prospective sellers by phone, text, and email.
• Qualify investment opportunities and gather property details.
• Build relationships with buyers and sellers in the local investment market.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms with support from experienced team members.
• Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline, and keep clean notes in the CRM.
• Learn how off-market real estate deals are sourced, analyzed, and sold.

What We Are Looking For

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable being measured by results.
• Strong phone presence and willingness to make high-volume outbound calls.
• Coachability, resilience, and a positive attitude in a fast-moving sales environment.
• Interest in sales, real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, finance, or business.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work from our St. Petersburg office.
• No real estate license required; sales or hospitality experience is a plus.

Compensation: Commission-based role with high earning potential. Expected annualized earnings for productive team members can range from $60,000 to $150,000+, depending on performance.
