Investment Reporting Analyst - Investment Management - Boston, MA
We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Reporting Analyst – Fixed Income position with a leading investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This role will be responsible for producing and maintaining standard product-related marketing and client materials, as well as developing customized client reporting for an assigned suite of products. The ideal candidate will have 0–1+ years of experience in investment management, with a strong understanding of fixed income concepts.
This is a 6+ month contract position paying $30–$40/hour, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour work week. This position requires hybrid presence in Boston.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Client teams to understand investment products, client reporting needs, and marketing and reporting requirements.
- Develop expertise in assigned products to create clear, accurate, and informative client materials, including performance summaries, product explanations, and market outlooks.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for team members on product-related questions.
- Create and maintain recurring marketing and client materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and product summaries.
- Review team members’ work for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
- Lead the development and delivery of customized client reports based on specific client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 0–1+ years of experience in investment management, client reporting, or marketing communications.
- Strong understanding of investment concepts, particularly fixed income and bond markets.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and other reporting systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- MBA or relevant financial certification, such as CFA, CMA, or CAIA, is a plus.
