Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Research Analysts.
This is an independent contractor role. Analysts operate through our certification and verification process rather than traditional employment. Once approved, analysts:
Gain visibility and promotion within the Initio Sphere platform
Access real deal flow and compensated analytical assignments
Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions
Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score

Investment Research Analysts are engaged in work based on their approved certifications:
Financial Modeling & Valuation

Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Valuation summary (“football field”) preparation
Due Diligence & Investment Support
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
Commercial and operational diligence
Risk assessment
Investment memo support
Analysts only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.
Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin earning income immediately on hourly projects and live deal work
No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Platform visibility
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
