What You'll Be Doing 

• Representing buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial real estate investment properties 

• Sourcing and winning new business through your network and market expertise 

• Advising owners and investors on pricing, positioning, and execution strategy 

• Managing negotiations and deal execution from engagement through closing 

• Collaborating with specialists across markets and product types 

Who You Are 

• An active track record in commercial real estate investment sales 

• Established client relationships and sound transaction judgment 

• Self-directed, with the drive to grow your production on a platform built for scale 

• Motivated by a collaborative, high-volume environment 

• Active real estate license in the state where you work

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions. In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for individuals in this role is: $0.00 to $1,000,000+.     

Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted commission ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay transparency regulations. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits.
