Summary:
The Investment Services Support Specialist supports investment advisors in servicing accounts and responding to customer requests.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of investment services industry experience required
- Intermediate CRM knowledge required

Job Responsibilities:
- Processes sales and purchases of securities and other investment-related transactions
- Maintains accurate records and prepares required documentation to ensure compliance with tax and investment-related reporting.
- Reviews and interprets investment agreements and documents key decisions and rationale.
- Responds to routine customer inquiries, schedules appointments, and delivers standard account documentation.
- Maintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads and additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Coordinates referrals, sales appointments, and requests for information
- Coordinates and attends special events, meetings, and seminars
- Assists in preparation and review of marketing collateral by proofing for content, disclosures, and accuracy
- Attends and leads investment meetings and branch huddles to provide coaching and support
- Complies with SEC and FINRA requirements
- Manages office supplies
- Orders promotional items, display, and program marketing materials (via LPL MOD), ensuring they are up-to-date
- Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $23.50 - $30.35/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
