The Investment Support Specialist assists investment teams by managing operational and analytical tasks across the investment lifecycle. This includes supporting transaction processing, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and investment performance tracking.
The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple investment workflows simultaneously. Collaboration with portfolio managers, investment analysts, finance, and operations teams is essential.
Support the execution and documentation of investment transactions
Assist with portfolio monitoring, cash flow tracking, and P&L reporting
Maintain investment and deal tracking systems, dashboards, and reports
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all investment-related activities
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external counterparties to facilitate smooth execution of investment activities
Identify process inefficiencies, potential risks, or workflow gaps and recommend improvements
Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc investment reports for management and investment teams
Support post-investment activities, including audit support, documentation filing, and reconciliation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with investment operations, portfolio management, or transaction support
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with investment reporting, dashboards, or workflow systems is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
