Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income and working on live deals across our network.
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Investment Vetting Analysts.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process.
Once approved, analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work
Support investors, fund managers, and operators in evaluating, vetting, and monitoring potential investments
Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Depending on your certification approvals, analysts may be engaged for:
Investment Vetting & Evaluation
Assess potential investments, deals, and funding opportunities for financial, operational, and strategic soundness
Conduct initial screening and risk assessment on deal proposals
Review investment documentation, projections, and financial models for accuracy and feasibility
Identify red flags, key assumptions, and opportunities for value creation
Prepare investment memos, summaries, and recommendations for investors or sponsors
Financial Modeling & Valuation
3-statement financial models
DCF / LBO modeling
Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Sensitivity and scenario analysis
Football field valuation summaries
Commercial real estate underwriting
Due Diligence & Investment Support
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
Operational and market diligence
Risk assessment and mitigation support
Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.
Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
Receive category-specific approvals (Investment Vetting, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
Get verified on the platform
Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work
No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Visibility on the platform
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work is limited to analytical, vetting, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
