Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investor Pipeline Associates to manage, qualify, and maintain pipelines of capital partners and investors.

This is not an employment role. Investor Pipeline Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investor Pipeline Associates:

  • Build and maintain organized pipelines of investors, family offices, and fund managers

  • Qualify investor interest and match capital partners to relevant opportunities

  • Coordinate and facilitate introductions to deal principals

  • Track engagement, follow-ups, and relationship progress across multiple opportunities

  • Support analysts and deal scouts with early-stage diligence handoff

  • Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that close

  • Build a verified record of investor engagement and successful introductions within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with strong relationship management, networking, and investor engagement experience, including intermediaries, advisors, operators, and consultants.


What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investor Pipeline Associates may:

  • Manage pipelines of qualified investors and capital partners

  • Qualify investor interest and capacity for opportunities

  • Facilitate introductions between investors and deal principals

  • Provide high-level context on opportunities (asset type, structure, investment thesis)

  • Track interactions, maintain relationship updates, and coordinate follow-ups

  • Support analysts in early-stage diligence handoff

Investor Pipeline Associates are not responsible for sourcing, underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.


Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval and experience, Associates may work with opportunities across:

  • Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

  • Private equity and growth equity transactions

  • Operating businesses and special situations

  • Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on professional credibility and relationship management experience.


Compensation & Economics

  • Success-based compensation only

  • Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

  • Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

  • Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Associate contribution

  • No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality relationship facilitation


How Associates Get Activated

  1. Submit an application and background details

  2. Complete verification and category approval

  3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin managing and coordinating investor pipelines

All investor introductions are conducted through curated, platform-driven channels. No cold pitching or blind outreach is required.
