Our client is a healthcare-focused private equity firm seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support fundraising, investor communications, reporting, and relationship management efforts. The role offers broad exposure across investor servicing and cross-functional projects.
The Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for:
Supporting fundraising efforts through investor research, pipeline tracking, and diligence coordination
Coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-up communications
Assisting with quarterly and annual investor reporting materials
Responding to investor requests and preparing diligence materials Maintaining investor data and fundraising activity within CRM systems
Supporting investor events, including AGMs and other LP meetings
The Investor Relations Analyst should have the following qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, asset management, consulting, or accounting
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams
