Asset Management Investor Relations AssistantThis global asset management firm has continued to expand their presence in the US. Their NYC office is based in Midtown, and has a hybrid work model. This role will work closely with the Investor Relations team (25+ people) and the Credit Team (18+ people).Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage schedules for investor meetings and related events.Prepare and distribute investor communication materials, including presentations and reports.Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.Support the team in tracking and analyzing market trends and investor feedback.Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify information for investor updates.Assist in organizing investor roadshows and conferences.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in investor communications.Provide administrative support to the investor relations team as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
