Investor Relations Sales Support Analyst

Firm Overview

A leading multi-strategy middle market firm that focuses on buyout equity, growth equity, and private credit is expanding their Investor Relations team. The team is looking for a Sales Support Analyst, who will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system, assisting with fundraising outreach, and ensuring a seamless experience across stakeholders. This position will work out of the firm's growing NYC office, and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date investor records in the CRM system, supporting the investor pipeline, working closely with fundraisers, preparing for investor meetings including roadshows and investor conferences, assist with investor outreach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in investor relations, client service, or sales support

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (DealCloud)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work with individuals on all levels of seniority across the firm

Compensation

• Expected Annual Base Salary $90,000 - $110,000 (will be based on candidate's background and prior experience)
