The Investor Services Associate is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all investor correspondence, maintenance and review of investor records, and timely review investor onboardings. The Investor Services Associate is required to respond timely to client, investor, and accounting team inquiries. The Investor Services Associate must be client-oriented, technology savvy, demonstrate initiative and have attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

In addition to their own daily responsibilities, this position will be required to serve as back-up for other team associates as needed. This position requires employees to perform well under time constraints while handling multiple projects simultaneously. This position is expected to have regular interactions with IT, Treasury, Accounting Associates, other Investor Services Team Associates, clients and investors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
\n
\n
- \n
- Respond to inquiries from investors, fund management and accounting staff;
- \n
- Distribute investor statements, audited financial statements, capital activity notices and K1 reports using various electronic methods via email and/or online portal;
- \n
- Input and/or review investor information in company systems, portals and investor files;
- \n
- Input and/or review investor updates in company systems, portals and investor files;
- \n
- Maintain routine correspondence with fund management and investors;
- \n
- Review and process subscriptions and redemptions for open-end fund clients;
- \n
- Perform AML/KYC compliance procedures for new and existing investors, as applicable;
- \n
- Complete underlying investment documents for fund of fund clients, as applicable;
- \n
- Distribute offering documents on behalf of clients, as applicable;
- \n
- Prepare and track private equity capital call and distribution notices, as applicable;
- \n
- Assist in completion of investor audit requests;
- \n
- Performs various client projects as needed, ensuring quality and timely completion;
- \n
- Potential for critical processing of investor updates or onboarding to ensure team meets client deadlines;
- \n
- Assist Fund Team associates with questions on the Investor Service processes or policies and;
- \n
- Work on special projects as assigned.

Education & Experience
\n
\n

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
- \n
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in Administration or related field preferred;
- \n
\n
\n
Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

\n
