Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated iOS/Android Mobile Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivery management, ensuring the successful execution of mobile application projects. This position requires a strong focus on functional testing, manual testing, UI/UX validation, and REST APIs knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of testers and developers, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of mobile application projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Conduct thorough functional testing and manual testing of mobile applications to identify defects and ensure optimal performance.
Validate UI/UX designs to ensure a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Utilize REST APIs effectively to ensure proper integration and functionality of mobile applications.
Develop and implement testing strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of application features.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for testing and quality assurance.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:
