We have Contract role IOT-IT General Architect-Hybrid for client at Greensboro - NC. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.

Position Details:

IOT-IT General Architect-Hybrid- Greensboro - NC

Location                            : Greensboro - NC 27401 -Hybrid

Project Duration           : 6 Month (Contract to Hire)

Pay rate                             : $70 -$75/hr on W2

Job Description:

Preferred Certifications:

•    TOGAF, ArchiMate, or other architecture frameworks.

•    Certifications in MES or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP PP/ME, Rockwell, Siemens).

•    PMP or Agile project management certifications.

•    Specific AWS or Azure Solution Architecture Certifications

Additions Beneficial Qualifications: 

•    If you have Developed & deployed Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Enterprise solutions integrating Equipment Data collection / Sensors (Heat, Vibration, Cycle times), Machine Learning / AI models, Mobile application, notifications, and integrations.

•    Lead regular reviews of the portfolio(s) to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of stability, performance, and complexity reduction

•    Hands-on Application Development experience.

Deliverables:

·         Process Flows

·         Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members

·         Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility

·         Participate in data conversion and data maintenance

·         Provide best practice and industry specific solutions

·         Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions

·         Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.

·         Participate as a team member of the functional team

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifying Questions:

• Do you have 10+ years of professional experience in IT, systems integration, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture?
• Do you have at least 5 years of experience working specifically within manufacturing or industrial automation environments?
• Have you personally worked as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect designing manufacturing technology solutions, rather than only implementing or supporting systems designed by others?
• Have you designed solutions involving shop-floor/OT technologies such as MES, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, DCS, or industrial networking?
