The VISTA will assess current Coalition systems; build a partner database and communication workflow; create outreach, meeting, webinar, and follow-up templates; organize a resource library; develop volunteer and student engagement tools; support funding prospect and Civil Money Penalty fund tracking; create resident/family feedback processes; expand website content planning; support success-story and Kudos recognition processes; and document all systems in a sustainability manual. The VISTA will focus on capacity building, helping INHQC strengthen statewide collaboration and quality-improvement support for nursing homes serving vulnerable older adults.
