Washington DC, is seeking an experienced
IP Billing Analyst to join their team.
This position is hybrid - 3 days in office.Responsibilities:· Finalizing and tracking invoices
· Managing the e-billing setup and process
· Providing billing support to the legal team with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
· Processing proformas
· Running reports
· Communicating status updates
· Handling billing for U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution matters
Requirements:· Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or a related field
· 7+ years of legal billing experience including 5 years of IP billing
· Experience with Elite Enterprise or 3E
· Excellent communication and financial analysis skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, profit-sharing, generous PTO, and other benefits.
