If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:- Prepare, proof, and file legal documents while supporting attorneys with a variety of administrative and case-related tasks.
- Manage calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and depositions.
- Maintain client files, legal records, and case documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle intellectual property docketing activities, including monitoring deadlines and updating patent, trademark, and copyright records.
- Generate status reports, process correspondence, and support quality control efforts for docketing and matter management.
- Assist with billing, expense reporting, client communications, and general office operations to support the legal team.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of general intellectual property (IP) experience is preferred; experience with intellectual property (IP) docketing systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
