IP Litigation Associate – Life Sciences #22288 Washington, DC

REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate possesses a Ph.D. in Chemistry and experience working with sophisticated technologies involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related disciplines. The ideal candidate has an interest in complex intellectual property and patent litigation matters involving life sciences technologies. Prior patent litigation experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to understand and explain complex scientific concepts. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a Ph.D. in Chemistry, and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant local Bar. Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is preferred but not required.
