IP Litigation Paralegal

Senior IP Litigation Paralegal We are seeking a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a wide range of complex legal projects and tasks throughout all phases of intellectual property litigation, including research, discovery, summary judgment, Markman, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. The role will entail research, coordination, filing, and various other responsibilities in complex ITC, federal, state, and pro bono cases.Responsibilities Conduct legal research related to intellectual property litigation.Coordinate discovery and summarize findings.Assist with filing of legal documents and manage docket.Assist in preparing case summaries, briefs, and exhibits.Support attorneys in mediation and arbitration proceedings.Prepare for trials and reviews, including discovery and evidence management.Maintain case files and documentation accuracy.Qualifications Mid‑Senior level experience in IP litigation.Full‑time commitment.Strong organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of federal, state, and pro bono IP litigation practices.Compensation Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).Benefits (inferred) Medical insurance.401(k) plan.Vision insurance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
