Role and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Manage various phases of patent litigation<\/b> in federal courts.
  <\/li>
• Handle document production and review<\/b>, discovery strategy, and meet -and -confer discussions.
  <\/li>
• Take and defend depositions.
  <\/li>
• Work closely with technical and damages experts in preparing expert reports.
  <\/li>
• Draft substantive legal memoranda, motions, and persuasive briefs.
  <\/li>
• Participate in PTAB proceedings<\/b>, including inter partes reviews (IPRs), when applicable.
  <\/li>
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on case strategy and litigation planning.

  Anticipated Compensation:<\/b>

  • Expected salary range: approx. $225,000 – $325,000<\/b>, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall background.

      Requirements<\/h3>

      • 2–5 years of patent litigation experience at a comparable law firm or IP boutique.
        <\/li>
      • Technical background in engineering, software, or computer networking.
        <\/li>
      • Degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE) preferred.
        <\/li>
      • Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        <\/li>
      • New York Bar admission required.
        <\/li>
      • USPTO admission preferred, but not required.
