    Job Description

    A staff scientist, or patent agent with a strong technical background in chemistry. Advanced degree required (Ph.D. preferred; will consider a Master’s degree with substantial industry experience). Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting IP due diligence and FTO analyses required. Some litigation and/or post-grant experience useful. Registration with the USPTO preferred; prior firm experience helpful. Candidates must have: an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and a creative and entrepreneurial perspective on IP. Must be willing to work in person 3 times per week.
