- Draftandprosecutepatentapplicationsinvolvingbiotechnology,pharmaceuticals,genetherapy,medicaldevices,digitalhealth,andrelatedtechnologies
- Assist with thedevelopmentandmanagementofdomesticandinternationalpatentportfolios
- Conductpatentability,freedom-to-operate,competitivelandscape,andintellectualpropertyanalyses
- Developlitigationstrategiesforcomplexpatentdisputesinfederaldistrictcourtsandotherforums
- Draftpleadings,motions,briefs,discoveryrequests,andothersubstantivelitigationdocuments
- Assistwithfactandexpertdiscovery,witnesspreparation,depositions,hearings,andtrialpreparation
- RepresentpatentownersandchallengersininterpartesreviewproceedingsbeforethePatentTrialandAppealBoard
- Evaluatethepotentialimpactofpost-grantproceedingsonrelatedpatentlitigation
- Collaboratewithattorneys,scientists,technicalspecialists,andexpertstoanalyzecomplextechnologiesanddevelopeffectivelegalstrategies
