IP Technology Transactions Associate

Top 50 AmLaw firm seeks an associate attorney to join their  Intellectual Property team.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1-4 years of IP transactions experience at a law firm, or district court clerk experience. Candidates must also possess top academic credentials, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and writing skills. Candidates must have the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members, and to work well within-house counsel. Essentially the candidates must be admitted to and a member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar; Illinois license preferred.
