Description
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of intellectual property and technology-related agreements.
- Advise clients on licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Support transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal and business challenges.
