Job Title
Advise clients on intellectual property transactions involving technology and branding matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to intellectual property, including licensing and collaboration deals.
Conduct due diligence on intellectual property assets in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex intellectual property issues.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on protecting and commercializing their intellectual property portfolios.
Stay informed on evolving laws and regulations related to technology and branding.
Support litigation teams in disputes involving intellectual property rights, when necessary.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, particularly in the technology and branding sectors.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse client teams.
