- Lead the design and development of innovative web applications for financial advisors and their clients using the latest technology stack. - Build enterprise-level full stack applications using Angular, core Java, and Spring/Springboot. - Develop and manage REST APIs, and deploy applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. - Work collaboratively within Agile Scrum teams to deliver comprehensive brokerage solutions (account management, trading, compliance, etc.). - Guide, mentor, and motivate fellow engineers, fostering creativity and excellence. - Collaborate with technology and business partners to design and implement new features. - Utilize continuous integration pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and automated deployment tools for efficient delivery. - Apply unit testing and automation strategies to ensure software quality. - Use source control and pull requests (e.g., GitHub) for collaborative code development. - Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. - Build positive relationships within and across teams, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace. - Maintain a passion for learning and applying the latest technologies and frameworks.
