Automotive Photographer – Full Time


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route Coverage: Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Castro Valley & surrounding areas
Pay: $24.00++ per hour
Hourly pay includes a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout


About the Role


Pro-MotionPix is looking for a full-time Automotive Dealership Photographer to join our team to photograph and video dealership vehicles for sale using a company-issued iPhone.


As an Automotive Photographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photos, spins, and videos of vehicles at assigned dealerships. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently, spending time outdoors, and have a keen eye for detail.


Your day-to-day will include moving vehicles to staging areas, ensuring they’re properly photographed, and communicating with dealership staff to address availability or readiness issues. No prior automotive photography experience is required — strong organization, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset are key to success.


What We’re Looking For


No experience? No problem! We provide paid training. We’re seeking hard-working individuals who:


  • Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Are comfortable with manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)

  • Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and can handle physical labor

  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Are customer-service minded and thrive in an independent work environment

  • Are interested in learning about automotive and dealership photography

Job Responsibilities


  • Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle

  • Use a company-provided iPhone and app to capture photos, spins, and videos of vehicles

  • Locate vehicle keys and move cars to designated staging areas

  • Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles that are not found or not ready for photos

  • Apply inventory and window labels as needed

Requirements


  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-service oriented and willing to take on challenges

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to outdoor conditions

  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn

  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
