Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route: San Jose, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $26.00+ per hour (base pay plus per-vehicle photo payout)
About the Role
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a full-time Automotive Inventory Technician to help manage, organize, and photograph dealership vehicle inventory for online listings. Using a company-issued iPhone and app, you’ll ensure each vehicle is properly documented, staged, and visually represented for accurate, up-to-date online listings.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and keeping things organized while producing high-quality photos and videos that help dealerships present their inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops).
- Locate, stage, and verify vehicles for photo and video capture.
- Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app.
- Apply window stickers and verify vehicle information against dealership records.
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness.
- Track completed work and manage workflow through the company app.

- Have experience driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required).
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to manage time and work independently.
- Comfort with mobile technology and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
