Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an IQA Inspector Jr for a Contract with a client in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate with experience inspecting incoming components and sub-assemblies for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Rate Range: $19/hour to $20/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

IQA Inspector Jr Job Responsibilities include:

• Inspect incoming materials, commodities, and sub-assemblies to verify conformity with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measurement tools.

• Interpret and evaluate GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) drawings to ensure product compliance.

• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials, components, and quality issues to relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 0-2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, Manufacturing, or a related environment.

• Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measurement equipment.

• Ability to read, interpret, and inspect parts using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) drawings and engineering specifications.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
