Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of the QMS software (user management, access control, configuration updates). • Perform routine maintenance, patches, and upgrades in coordination with IT and vendors. • Monitor system performance, availability, and security. • Manage system-related change requests, deviations, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). • Collaborate with quality and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. • Maintain accurate documentation for all system updates, incidents, and fixes. • Act as the point of contact between business users, IT, and software vendors.
